Travel Tip: Don't miss out on Bangkok or Chiang Mai, the two biggest cities. If you love ruins, don't miss Ayutthaya, Si Satchanalai, or Sukkhotai. If you love beaches, there are lots of sound choices, but for my money, the island of Ko Samui is the best of all.

Thailand is a country with friendly people, hot weather, beautiful temples, and wonderful beaches. It's hard to go wrong!
The only hard thing about riding an elephant is learning not to giggle even though you feel as if you might fall off every time the animal takes a step.
